NSC | How to Check if 'Specialized User: CRM' and 'Specialized User: View and Approve' Licenses

edited Aug 6, 2025 11:56PM in Account Administration

NetSuite licenses are granted based on specific user roles and permissions. Administrators must ensure that each user has the appropriate license for their role to comply with Oracle's licensing policies. Different user roles in NetSuite may require various license types, such as 'Specialized User: CRM' and 'Specialized User: View and Approve'.

To check if your NetSuite account has the "Specialized User: CRM" and "Specialized User: View and Approve" roles provisioned,

1. Navigate to Setup > Company > View Billing Information > Billable Components tab.
2. Look for Specialized User: CRM role and Specialized User: View and Approve.
3. Check in Current Provisioned Qty column.
