NSC | Custom Form: Set Customer Pop Up Form As Preferred
In NetSuite, a customer form controls how customer records are displayed and interacted with — including layout, fields shown, field order, tabs, and behavior. A pop-up form refers to a streamlined version of this form that can be triggered in a smaller window, often used for quick edits or viewing.
By customizing this form and setting it as the preferred form, users can tailor the user experience to match their specific workflow or business needs.
1.Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms

4. Use For Pop-Ups: Enter Checkmark
