New to NetSuite | Order to Cash: Creating a Customer Statements
A Statement lists your Customer's transactions, including Invoices, Finance Charges assessed, Credit Memos issued and Payments received. It also contains an Aging Summary at the bottom that shows how long each amount has been due.
Ways to create Individual Statements
1. Navigate to Customer Record >click Actions >select Generate Statements
2. Navigate to Transactions >click Customers >select Individual Statement
Individual Generation Filter Options
- Customer - Select the customer or project you want to generate a statement for
- Statement Date - The date in this field is the date used to calculate aging and the date that appears on the statement form. Default is current date.
