Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

NSC | How to Resolve Error "Record 'customrecord_absi_config_sftp' was not found"
Scenario:
The user encountered the following error:
This error typically occurs when the user is operating under a Custom Role that lacks the necessary permissions to perform the ABSI import. Specifically, if the custom role has access to the Match Bank Data page, it is possible that the user inadvertently clicked the Update Imported Bank Data button. This action initiates the ABSI import process, which may result in an error if the role does not have sufficient permissions.
It is important to note that this issue can arise even if only the Administrator role is explicitly granted ABSI import permissions. As long as users with insufficient permissions can access the Match Bank Data page and trigger the import function, the error may still occur.
