NetSuite Admin Tip | Missing Commerce Categories
When implementing SuiteCommerce Advanced as your web store, you might encounter an issue where your commerce categories are missing from your site, or sometimes none of the categories appear at all.
You may try to access the categories directly by adding the URL component to your domain in the address bar, which sometimes works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Even if the Commerce Categories do appear, clicking on any of them may lead to a Page not found error.
Here are ways to check and try to resolve the problem.
- Try performing a Rebuild Search Index. After the rebuild is complete, check your site to see if the issue has been resolved.
