Resolve error: Product that doesn't require shipping in My Account pages
There are instances when attempting to reorder an item or create a sales order from the My Account page, the error 'Product that doesn't require shipping' may occur. This is cause by the Shipping Address field not set as mandatory. System assumes that there's no need to ship any items if the shipping address is not provided.
To resolve this issue, you can either populate the Shipping Address before creating the Sales Order or make the Shipping Address a mandatory field by following these steps:
- Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms
- Edit the preferred Sales Order form.
- Under the Screen Fields
