mass update to make customer tax exempt. but something was added that doesn't belong?
Hi, the tax-exempt mass update has been a great success for the last year, however, since 8/16/25, I've been receiving emails from NetSuite Alerts that:
"Mass Update Failure : Sales Tax Exempt Mass Update as of 8/5/25"
"Your session has timed out. Please re-enter your information and try again. "
When I go into the criteria, Subscribed to Newsletter SB1 (custom), Hide Prices (custom), credit card required for orders (custom) was randomly added. I checked our system history and there was no alterations made by anyone from our team. When I delete and save, it pops right back up.
I've checked my mass update fields, those boxes are unchecked.
