Need buyer to have access to edit my PO's

Good Morning

We have a new buyer and I need him to be able to edit my PO's to update receive by dates. However, all of our roles are restricted to own, subordinate, and unassigned as we do not want people seeing each other's employee profiles. How can I allow PO edits of only my PO's, not anyone else's and not anyone's employee profile?
