Clarifications About Time-Off Permission Levels and Access Details
This notice is intended for customers who use Time-Off Requests and Time-Off portlets. This is a follow-up to our recent notification, Updates to Time-Off Permissions and Time-Off Portlet Access.
This notice contains updated information that clarifies how the new Time-Off permission levels function.
Target Release Date
The timeline for the release remains the same. The Time-Off permission and Time-Off Administration changes are available in production and release preview accounts starting January 13, 2026.
What has Changed?
The following lists updates to the definition of Time-Off permission levels:
- None - Restricts users so they can't create, view, cancel, or access Time-Off Request records or the Time-Off portlet. You can assign this level to Employee Center roles.
