NetSuite Admin Tip | Deleting SC ExtMech To Process after SCEM Activation Failure
If you encounter a SuiteCommerce Extension Manager (SCEM) activation error for a specific domain, you may need to delete related activation records to resolve the issue. Follow these steps carefully:
Note: Before proceeding, please be aware that the steps below will delete the SC ExtMech Skin associated with the activation record. The SC ExtMech Skin file contains the values you configured when editing the theme in the Site Management Tools - Theme Customizer. Be sure to save a copy of the values from the SKIN JSON field before deleting the SC ExtMech Skin for that activation.
- Navigate to Customization > List, Records, & Fields
