Unapproving Timesheets
We have most projects configured to auto-approve timesheets.
Each week, all project team members must submit a weekly timesheet with hours allocated to their assigned projects. On average, we have ~20 users per week who enter time incorrectly and then ask IT to unapprove the timesheet so they can correct and resubmit it.
Today, if the timesheet is in the current month, we unapprove it 100% of the time — but this has become a major support burden.
Question: Is there a way in SuiteProjects to allow an end user to reopen/unapprove their own submitted (and auto-approved) timesheet to make corrections (ideally within the current month), without requiring an admin to intervene?
