Who's been successful using Linear Regression for model training in a Data Flow?

I haven't been able to create a data flow to create machine learning that's applied to a dataset to make predictions. I believe my issue is that I need to prep the data so it has columns for future months, but I'm not sure. Any assistance would be helpful.
