NetSuite Admin Tip | Automated Clearing House: VersaPay “New ACH” Button SuiteScript Error

If you have Automated Clearing House (ACH) set up for credit card payments through VersaPay in NetSuite and SuiteCommerce, you should be able to create an ACH payment method in both the web store and NetSuite UI. However, creating a new ACH payment method result in a SuiteScript error in NetSuite, such as SSS_SEACH_ERROR_OCCURRED or ‘recordpaymentprocessingprofile‘ was not found. 

To fix error, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Customization > Scripting > Scripts 
2. Set filter to = From Bundle 124110 
3. Look for Versapay Token ACH and CC 
4. Click view of the script 
5. Go to Deployments Tab 
6. Click Automated Clearing House 
7. Edit
