Global Search on Invoice Document number not working

Hello,

We have a weird situation in Netsuite production environment. We have invoices created via Restlet and map/reduce script (from file). All invoices created via restlet are searchable using global search on document number, but those created via script are not.

Strange part is, the same script runs in sandbox and everything works fine.

Is there any preference setting that affects the search? We have tried searching but there is nothing that suggests this different behaviour.
