NetSuite Admin Tip | Credit Card Payment Method Not Displaying in SCA Checkout
If credit card payment methods are not appearing during checkout in SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA), one common cause is missing Payment Visuals configuration on the payment method records.
Payment Visuals are required for payment methods to display properly on the web store checkout page.
You can resolve this by following the steps below:
- Navigate to: Setup > Accounting > Accounting Lists
- Open the affected payment method
Example: Visa Payment Method
- Click Edit
- Open the Payment Visuals subtab
- Add the following values:
- Flags column: web/standard
- URL column: /images/icons/creditcard/pmt_visa.gif
- Click Save
Repeat the same process for the other payment methods using the correct image URLs below:
