Does anyone know how to escalate enhancements?

Does anyone in forum land know of an escalation process to get some traction on enhancements that have been open for years and years? My longest is going on 9 years now. With over half of my list of 26 being in the 4-5 year age range. I think I've seen 1 enhancement added and it was a low priority one.
