Hello,
We have 10-20 people applying for jobs with us each day, to make this easy to manage we have setup a custom record "jobs" which has description, number, location, etc on it (some people may apply to several jobs - so should they be treated as items??).
We then allow people to browse to a job and submit an application (form) for that job.
At that point how should an applicant enter NS? Consider that some applicants will then move to Employee status, how to we avoid re-entering that data I am guessing that the applicant should enter as a Customer/Individual but then how does that record change to an Employee?
