Sales Order or Invoice?

edited Dec 6, 2019 2:41PM in General 1 comment

Hi guys,

Some of our bigger customers give us orders outside of NetSuite.  We also pick-configure-pack-ship these orders outside of NS.  However, the "money side" is all handled through NS.

Our current process is that we put these orders into NS after they have been completed and shipped as Sales Orders through NS' SOAP Web Services.  Then we bulk fulfill and bill them each night.

We are also expanding the number of "special process" customers so it is getting tough for our team to remember which customers are bulk and which ones need to be pick-packed-shipped in NS.

With Netsuites new 2_5 WS implementation, you can now add Invoices which would save us these 2 bulk steps.

Howdy, Stranger!
