Providing feedback to Netsuite about Support Reps

Is there any mechanism for Netsutie users to provide feedback about individual support reps.  It would be useful if I could fill out a survey about individual reps and how they handled my cases. 

I would think this would be of benefit to Netsuite as it would let support management know where their strengths and weaknesses are.  I have had some very good reps who deserve credit and others that would really benefit from constructive customer feedback.
