Total Storage vs Data Storage and what netsuite charges for?
As netsuite is running a promotion right now to lock in renewal rates, it came to my attention that our Total Storage Size is almost 50GB of our allotted 10GB. I have a few issues / questions regarding this.
If I look at our Billable Components, Total Storage Size is ~ 50GB. If I look in our account center > Storage Info, it shows only 10.5GB used out of 10GB. The data storage breakdown below that also adds up correctly to 10.5 GB.
So, my first question is, what exactly is Total Storage Size? Also, what extra data are you responsible for paying for? My understanding was you pay for file cabinet storage and data storage, however it seems we're billed at this Total Storage Size that we can't get any additional info on.
