Knowledge Management Integration
We use a third party tool (InstaKB) to capture and share support related information both internally and with our customers and currently have no integration between InstaKB and NetSuite. We would like to put in place a system that will be accessible from the customer center (SSO) so customers can help themselves prior to opening support cases and also form within NetSuite so our support staff can use the same articles to assist customers who contact us and link them to cases.
