Adding options to custom list fields from the form?
Netsuite noob here with my first post. We've created a couple custom list fields to better segment our leads and customers. The intent was for sales to choose from the predefined list of options on these fields but not be able to add their own options to them.
Our consultants said this wasn't possible, which I'm not buying, but so far we're stumped. Any help or advice is appreciated. See example below.
