Serious Worldpay Issues
Hi everyone.
Has nobody else been experiencing really bad problems with Worldpay and Netsuite this week?
We been seeing all sorts of issues - gateway errors, timeouts, failure to take authorisations, success in taking authorisation but failure to communicate correctly to Netsuite etc. Roughly 50% of transaction are being affected now.
This has been going on all week. I know TransAsian (also a UK Netsuite customer using WorldPay) is having the same problem and have reported it. The response from Netsuite was less than promising.
Anyone else?
