Positive pay for JPMorgan Chase

We have recently launched electronic payments and it seems NetSuite only has PP for three banks. Are there any JPMorgan customers currently using the NetSuite Electronic Payments module for Positive Pay? If so, would you mind sharing the templates that you use?
