I'll say that we don't get very many problems with web store check-out. We did have a odd one today. The customer said...

Due to your website problem I am not sure my order was submitted. Please email or call ASAP. When I clicked on continue (in the check-out), the page would not advance to the next page. I was stuck in a gray screen. If I clicked the web browser's back arrow, it would advance me to the next step in check-out. This worked until I was ready to submit my order then I couldn't get it to submit. I never received a confirmation email then nor have I received a confirmation since then.
