NS Hell again!! Why does stuff like this keep happening?!?

We have tons of stress and high blood pressure and ulcers from the "normal" problems of being a small business.  So, the last things we need is crippling problems caused by unreliable vendors.

2.
I come into work today and no orders yet today (unusual for our business).  A customer calls and says "your site is broke".  I attempt to place their order through our web-store.  When I click "finish order" it says "our site is offline for maintenance".  I call NetSuite technical support (that I over-pay for) and I enter my account number.  A recording says "we have no account matching that number".  So, our site is down and I can't call tech support and as far as netsuite "uptime statistics" are concerned ... my site is currently in their "up statistic" because
