Issues with Email signatures
I have been trying to add the signature of the sales team to an email template so when salesperson 1 sends the email it signs their name and when salesperson 2 sends it their name is on the bottom. I already have it so the customer's name goes on the top after Dear. Right now when I select field type employee and then our names and emails it gives me this:
<NLFIRSTNAME> <NLLASTNAME>
<NLTITLE>
<NLEMAIL>
This actually ends up sending the email as though it was sent and signed by the customer and not our company. Does anyone know the right way to do this?
