Netsuite Cover Pages Rejected by eFax

Is anyone having trouble sending Netsuite FAX coverpages via eFax?

We've been we've been using eFax to send faxes for months now with no problem.

Suddenly this morning (Monday), eFax rejects all faxes we send via Netsuite that have coverpages ("The fax you recently sent through eFax.com to 9999999999 did not go through because there were technical difficulties handling the file.")

We haven't touched our coverpages; everything was working fine on Friday

E-fax works fine if there is just a PDF attached with NO coverpage.
