CSV Imports NOT Working!!!

I've read that others are having problems with the new CSV Import Assistant.

My problem is this - the CSV response is kicking out an error message that there is an "Invalid cogsaccount (or Asset account or Income account) reference key" - when the reference key that I'm using has always worked before!!!

I've uploaded the CSV file with just the numbers that reference our accounts - and that's always worked before. After the first error message, I tried to add the NAME of the account... for example, on the first try, the COGS account number would have been "5340"... on the second attempt, I would try "5340 Fireplace Screens" and on the third attempt I would try "5340 : Fireplace Screens".
