Get Authorization Check Box
Prior to the upgrade last weekend, we had access to the get authorization check box for all sales orders ... even sales orders that had previously been authorized.
We need to be able to get another authorization on an order when customers call to add items to their order or when a customer requests a ship date far off in the future where the existing authorization has expired.
Since the upgrade last weekend, the get authoriization check box no longer appears for orders that have previously been authorized.
Perhaps Netsuite can elaborate here on why the check box no longer appears in these situations?
