Can't create/edit Matrix Items after Upgrade!

We are unable to create or edit matrix items. Once we click submit it gives the error message - "An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information. "
 
We edit / create items on a daily basis. So Netsuite, please resolve this ASAP.
