Email Question/Issue
I am new to NetSuite and am trying to email an invoice to multiple people in one organization. If I hit "Save & Email" it goes to the main email address. If I save and then use the email button (which I have set to let me add additional contacts to email), it only emails the message (even though the subject comes up as Invoice 12345) (I hit "Merge & Send").
Am I missing something on how to attach the Invoice/Sales Order/Purchase Order. etc?
I have looked through all the documentation and searched this group, to no avail.
I'm fairly adept with computers and software, but can't seem to figure this out.
