Duplicating info in address 1 & address 1

When a client places an order online, the bill to and ship to addresses keep putting the same info. in the address 2 line that they entered in the address 1 line.  Example:

Jane Doe
Data Doctor
123 Getup and Go Drive
123 Getup and Go Drive
Mytown, NC  22222
United States

Needless to say when a Sales Order or Invoice are sent to the client looking like this, they probably don't think we're very professional.

Is there a way to get NetSuite to quit duplicating the address lines?
