SERIOUS inventory issues......

It appears that I am having a serious bug in my account all of the sudden for some reason and I am not getting it resolved by support in the time that I need (our year end is 3/31/08.....need I say more?!?).

Anyway, while doing my year end inventory adjustments (Transactions - Inventory - Adjust Inventory) I noticed that the "Qty on Hand" on the line item does not match the quantity on hand in the inventory record.

Also, I have a negative "quantity on order" for several of my items from a deleted PO.

Normally, I could wait a month or so for a resolution but with my year end on 3/31/08, I have to have my records locked in and completely accurate.  We are spending BIG money on this system and I feel that these types of bugs; Number 1 are unacceptable and Number 2 should be treated with absolute urgency by support.  (Case #694595)  :mad:
