Help - Received PO's reporting as unreceived!!!

This has been in process since December.  I was told it was fixed and was due to be corrected.  It never has. 

Two weeks ago I did a time-consuming investigation to pinpoint which PO's were causing the problem.  I communicated the PO numbers to Netsuite support.  I sent another update last week.  NOTHING has happened.

There are six drop-ship purchase orders for one vendor which are reporting as not received on the item record.  This is causing the inventory management of many items to be very difficult! 

This is Case #653830 / Defect #141046.  I know we are a very small business, but I have been more than patient.   I have checked everything on the PO's to see if we did anything to cause this problem.  I cannot find anything.  I think it's enough that I have narrowed it down to six PO's.
