Do not use Meta Tags in Item Lists

I just made a custom item list with a Meta Tag column.  I wanted to see if there were any items that did not have meta tags.  I ran the list, click on the Meta Tag column heading to do the sort and got an "Unexpect error message."  Now it won't let me into any of my item list in that role.  (administrator)  Just wanted to warn everybody.
