Offline client ERROR

Hi all,

Anyone has tried installing and using the Netsuite Offline Client ?
I got it installed (on Vista), but once I try to run, I have to login.
After login it's supposed to download the first data into the offline client.
At that moment I'm redirected to an emtpy page with the notification : an unexpected error occurred.  Nothing else.

Anyone has noticed the same problem ?  Would it be Vista ?? 

Also I just found out that the Outlook integration client does not install.  My machine + windows (Vista) is new however, so probably not a corrupted OS or anything.
