We have noticed for quite a while now that we will have a script working perfectly and then it will suddenly start erroring. We will have made absolutely no changes on our side and this was not after an update so obviously the NS programmers made some minor change or applied some patch and this ended up breaking one of our scripts / customizations.

We would REALLY REALLY like to receive an email any time ANY MODIFICATION AT ALL is made to our account database - not matter how small - basically a complete changelog of our account.

This will allow us to pinpoint what caused the problem so we can actually get somewhere when we call support.
