Our weekly allocation for storage is out of control... our original 10GB has lasted us almost 3 years and last month we purchased an additional 10GB (to bring us to 20GB total).  However, our weekly allocation of storage is almost 1GB per week all of a sudden and we are almost out of our extra space.  The number of transactions, etc. hasn't increased that significantly during this time.  We have some new custom records (and associated system notes) since then but that file should be pretty basic -- only about 10 fields of text and 250,000 records since May.  When
