Netsuite In Box - Mail Server Down

Does Netsuite have an in-box for reading email?  Our main email server is temporarily offline and I'm wondering if anyone knows whether we can leverage Netsuite's email capabilities as a backup email application, with an in-box and send mail features?

It appears Netsuite will send an e-mail to our contacts.  It autofills the reply to address with that of the sender.  Which, from what I understand, Netsuite codes the e-mail so all replies go back to Netsuite first before forwarding them the sender's email address.

So it's nice that Netsuite captures the e-mail replies, but without some type of Netsuite in-box, it's difficult to view and manage customer replies via Netsuite.
