OTHER NAME category very problemmatic
I'm trying to set up a list in the OTHER NAME category and am running into bugs at every stage.
I'm using OTHER NAME to hold a public relations media list, so we can conveniently select media outlets and send press releases to targeted geography.
The idea is to:
- import company and contact names
- "select" the list by sorting a saved search on zip, and auto edit the category field to indicate the record has been selected for an email deployment
- set up the list as a marketing campaign with email templates (press releases), the email campaign mail merge list is dynamically created based on "category" value.
