Transfer Order Error in Advanced Partner Centre

Hi,

I don't know if this is a bug or not but i always encounter this error when trying to save a Transfer Order under an Advanced Partner Centre role:

Notice: Items you have requested in the record have been deleted since you retrieved the form

Does anyone experienced the same problem?

Any help will be much appreciated.
