Sourcing Problem on Customer Records

I'm trying to have a custom multiple-select list of Contacts on a Customer record... but I only want to list the Contacts associated with that Customer.

The problem is the Source List and Source Filter By do not have the option for Entity (or Customer) -- the closest I can find is "Parent".  However, this doesn't show any results when I set those fields.  Obviously leaving these Source fields empty returns ALL Contacts in the system.

Am I missing something?
