ODBC Down! Big Problem!

We have a application that pulls data from NetSuite via the ODBC.  This application started failing this morning at 12:56AM EST 2/18/2011.  Called NetSuite support and found out there is a system wide issue with ODBC.  Defect has been created (#193746) but there is no estimated resolution date at this time.

This has a major impact on our business and ability to conduct our day to day businesses.  Anyone else?
