Question regarding NS Storage Space

We have been using Netsuite for 4 years.
We can not afford Netsuite anymore.
When we choose NS from the start, we were impressed by the SAAS concept. Now it seems not working.
After a customer using NS for a while, the storage space will add up every year. And the customer will not be able to afford the storage costing.
I am happy if NS can delete all the emails, email attachment for us. We only use NS to email invoices and statement. Our website images only use 180M.
