How to change the currency of customers with transactions - it's as designed!
Let's say you have a Customer A using CAD. This customer has Transactions. You can't change his currency anymore. Or can you?
Step 1. Create a new Customer, set his currency to USD
Step 2. Create a CSV file with 2 columns - the internal id of Customer A and the internal id of Customer B
Step 3. Stick that in the CSV assistant and update Customer A so that he is Child Of Customer B.
Result: Customer A now uses USD currency.
I am told by my Support Rep this is "as designed". Of course, you've probably just wrecked your Netsuite account, but hey, it's as designed...
