help changing logo

I've uploaded my new logo to the file cabinet.
It is a jpg with 60x100ppi recommendation (just as my old one is).
Also changed -
Company Logo (Forms) – Select your company logo to show on printed and e-mailed transaction forms.

So while all the areas appear to be set up correctly, my pdf forms and my shopping cart are all still displaying the old logo.

There must be some hidden spot I'm not seeing.  I've been working on this for 3 days.

Any suggestions?
