Trouble viewing articles in SuiteAnswers

Does anyone else have this problem?  I'm logged in using NetSuite, there's something I need to solve so I go to SuiteAnswers.  I do a search and see an article I want to read, but when I go to select it I'm told my connection has timed out!  To make matters worse, logging out and logging back in doesn't solve things.
