Defect #215471- Transactions> Sales> Approve Sales Orders - Encountered unexpected error 'Rollback of connection not allowed while a transaction is in progress'

Anyone else having this problem??   can not Approve   Sales Orders, so unable to release shipping documents.   Prioritized to S1 but 6+ hours and counting......
