Is status.netsuite.com for real?
Many of our customers have reported issues and downtime in the past few days -- and we have suffered them ourselves. There are even posts on this UG related to it. I also have an email from NS Support stating that there was an issue yesterday (2/12/2013). However, looking at status.netsuite.com for 2/12/2013 shows 100% uptime and no issues to be reported. :eek:
Are we supposed to trust that tool? I also take it that the 99.98% avg uptime in the last 12 months is inaccurate as well.
